TSAP Travel – Win a Free Trip to Madagascar Competition - Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter
The competition is organised and promoted by TSAP Travel, part of The Sustain Ability Project CIC.
2. The Prize
One winning school will receive a free trip to Madagascar for up to 12 people (2 teachers and 10 students).
The trip will take place during the Easter holidays of 2027 (exact dates to be confirmed by TSAP Travel).
3. Entry Requirements
To enter the competition:
Each participating school must raise and donate £2,000 to TSAP Travel.
Donations must be received in full by 11:59 PM GMT on March 31st, 2026.
All funds raised must be sent via the official TSAP Travel donation platform or as directed by TSAP Travel.
4. Minimum Participation Requirement
The competition will only go ahead if at least 15 schools complete the entry requirements by the March 31st, 2026 deadline.
If fewer than 15 schools enter, the competition will be cancelled, and any donations will be treated as standard contributions to TSAP Travel’s charitable work (non-refundable).
5. Eligibility
UK secondary schools, academies, and colleges are eligible to enter.
Participating students must be aged 14–17 at the time of travel.
A member of staff must accompany students on the trip and act as the school’s main contact.
6. What the Prize Covers
TSAP Travel will cover the following for the winning group:
Return flights from the UK to Madagascar
All airport transfers
Accommodation and meals during the trip
Project activities, excursions, and local transport
Travel insurance
7. What the Prize Does Not Cover
The following costs are not included and must be covered by the individuals or school:
Vaccinations and malaria tablets
Personal expenses, clothing, luggage, and travel accessories
Any additional costs not explicitly listed as included
8. Winner Selection
The winning school will be selected at random from the eligible entries after the March 31st, 2026 deadline.
The draw will be conducted transparently and may be witnessed by an independent party.
The winning school will be notified by email and/or telephone by **April 30th, 2026**.
9. Responsibilities of the Winning School
The school must cooperate fully with TSAP Travel regarding preparation, documentation, and student safeguarding requirements.
Failure to meet essential pre-travel responsibilities may result in forfeiture of the prize.
10. General
By entering, schools agree to these terms and conditions.
TSAP Travel reserves the right to make changes to the competition in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to travel restrictions, political unrest, or natural disasters.
The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
TSAP Travel reserves the right to use the name and images of the winning school and participants (with consent) for promotional purposes.
