A Sample Week

What a typical week looks like.

Every placement is different, but most weeks follow a similar pattern.

Project day

Morning team briefing, then placement work. Evening debrief at the community house.

Tue

Project day

Teaching, reef surveys or community work. Afternoon Malagasy language session.

Wed

Project day

Placement work in the morning, then a local market visit and dinner together.

Thu

Project day

Hands-on project time and planning for next week with local partners.

Fri

Project & culture

Short project morning, then a cultural afternoon such as cooking or music.

Sat

Excursion

Group excursion, such as snorkelling, an island trip or sunset at Mont Passot.

Sun

Free day

Rest, explore Nosy Be at your own pace, or book an optional add-on.
