Vanilla Beans

£11.95

A pack of 10 vanilla beans.

These vanilla beans were arvested directly from a family owned vanilla plantation in Nosy Komba (Lemur Island). Where Gladis and her family work tirelessly every rainy season, hand pollenating every flower, to ensure the best vanilla bean for people around the world.

Whilst they sell majority of their beans to the government, for little money, they keep some to one-side for the tourism trade and work hard to diversify by creating leaflets and selling to local cafes and hotels.

Having been moved by their story, we’ve decided to start a business in collaboration with their plantation and are removing the middle-men and supporting them export their vanilla around the globe, starting here in the UK.
